XixtsEin and the NIO [Eccentrix Villain Contest]

Name [Full Title]: XixtsEin, Ixis Master of Shadow and Darkness 

Species: Shadow Being; Mobian Bat-Chameleon Hybrid Fusion

Abilities: As an Ixis wizard, XixtsEin is highly trained in dark magick, specifically that of the darkness and shadow elements. This includes using offensive and defensive darkness spells, literally traveling through shadows by shadow-melding, and turning his body into a complete shadow itself to make him impervious to physical strikes or most special/magical attacks. He's able to move at "light-speed"--so fast that an after-image is often left in his original place--and travel between dimensions using "black holes". XixtsEin also possesses the power gather information from a person by magically entering their mind; though this particular feat can only be accomplished when the brain is in a prone state, like during sleep. [Even though XixtsEin's myriad of strengths might appear to lack weakness, there are certain types of spells that DO have an affect; if one discovered the ultimate secret behind his more impressive abilities, they could very well use the proper counter-measures to defeat him.] 

Personality:  XixtsEin may often seem a bit arrogant, but given his abilities and [general] invulnerability, he has reason for at least being confident. He can also act quite impish, often intentionally getting on other's nerves to amuse himself. However, thanks to a great deal of intelligence, he does know how to be a shrewd negotiator or an intimidating presence when the situation calls for it.   

Motive: His main goal appears to be spreading the New Ixan Order he created across dimensions, making it mighty enough to take control of as many as possible. Though there seems to be an even more personal motive behind many of his plans, particularly those concerning one Simon Fetch. This sloth has been pestered by the shadow being for years, without any understanding as to why. Only XixtsEin himself knows what ultimate end he seeks by casting his shadow over others, whether on wide or individual scales.

History: XixtsEin's distant past is, for the most part, a mystery; the only thing this shadowy creature shares willingly with most is that he was once two separate beings fused together by the very dark magic he now holds [while serving his original Order of Ixis, before its defeat and disappearance]. More recent history shows him meddling in Simon's life, forming temporary alliances with many different villains, and making more permanent ones through The NIO. He's also been known to perform an occasional small-scale operation on his own, often to assist allies behind the scenes or test the power of potential opponents.    

Crimes: Besides the MANY deeds performed prior to his arrival in Eccentri-City (including giving dark magic and organized aid to those with malicious intent), a surprise battle was initiated against King Norbert himself, one which left the draconic monarch unexpectedly [out]matched. XixtsEin then declared war on him and all the Eccentrix, saying his Order was coming to take control of their realm next. This would be one of the Ixis wizard's most direct and ambitious actions to date, signaling that he has finally reached the starting phase of his endgame.

Organization: New Ixan Order

The New Ixan Order is the revival of an old wizard cult which practiced elemental magicks. They search across the multi-verse for worthy recruits to be offered the magical essence of a long-deceased Ixis Master, gaining their powers and becoming apprentices to these ancient spirits. And one type of essence can be given to multiple persons; as the original Ixis Order existed in various dimensions, it had many powerful Masters of the same elements. Brothers and Sisters sworn into The NIO are expected to amass followers (if they don't already have them)--including a personal apprentice/assistant--all of which will be trained in their magic as well. With new wizards learning the ways of magic under the Masters, they hope to garner rekindled knowledge and fear of this once mighty force across multiple realms. Until, with the right amount of influence spread and strength gained, it becomes powerful enough to conquer them all.
